On Saturday, August 1, we’re welcoming Kentucky author Erin Chandler to The Kentucky Bookstore for a special book signing featuring her book, Bluegrass Sons.
Many Kentuckians have heard of the Bluegrass Conspiracy. It remains one of the most notorious criminal stories ever connected to our state. Drug trafficking, gun-running, corruption, mystery, and larger-than-life characters… it sounds like fiction, but much of it was very real.
What makes Bluegrass Sons so fascinating is that Erin didn’t simply read newspaper articles and court records. She sat down with the people who lived it.
For years, her family knew Bradley Bryant as a Marine, businessman, husband, and father. What they didn’t fully know was the double life he was living behind the scenes. Through hours of recorded conversations and firsthand interviews, Erin pieced together a story that connects Kentucky, Las Vegas, organized crime, and one of the most incredible true crime stories you’ll ever read.
